We want you and your pup to love ChillBall! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window: 30 days from delivery

What qualifies for a refund or replacement:

- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Product has quality issues
- Item was lost in transit
- No delivery updates for more than 30 days

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you're not happy with your order, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Condition:
Items must be unused and in original packaging for standard returns.

Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.

How to Request a Return or Refund:
Contact us at woopsishop@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos/videos if applicable.

Please Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible
